Don't Forget Myself Ep.1 The Fragile Flower
Ep.1 The Fragile Flower: I do me best when I am me, the start
The sun was overcast and grey, as thunderstorms ruled, throughout a horrid day. My mantra, water makes my roots stronger.
Not too much water!
Not getting the sunlight that I dreamt up. To grow! A fragile flower, exposed to harsh winters. Wondering… what it was like to be human, Can I withstand the isolation? Loss of connection.
Strange waves of ultrasound formed, all around, Spun-around, but still rooted to my crowd?
The winds blew me off key, the storm sapped away my energy. I felt sad. I was stifled again; roots, just a year old, still growing.
Then I felt flashes of something new: of emotion; of frustration and anger. Lost again, my mind… I'm a human, but staring at the seed still growing.
The day... that day? daydreams created the fray. I remembered the journey is long, mine not always a happy song.
I remembered new vows I had taken. Let the ego again fall away. Focus. Let the pain turn to calm! A distant gaze.
Drift, get up, walk free. Flowers, and steps in a garden, the seedling, now vivid. A bright flower.
All this, a captivating reminder.
The moments things, are...
going so well,
When you open your eyes
and see.
See it through.
Become all you can be.
What is more spooky,
is when I forget,
and see that vivid flower,
Even in dreams...
stare back at me!
Lost yourself, early night, damp pillow. When tears leak out in my sleep. Always there, its eternal fragility. Always there, to remind me of me.
Don't hide,
be the best version -I can be.
A version,
acceptance -all of me.
The Work: Inspired by learning from others. It drove a new narrative, reflecting on my own pain, challenges, events, and internal dialogue. The Image: Lisa Vicari in Dark: season three (Also called Das Paradies) A subtitled German language TV show

Beautiful! "water makes my roots stronger / Not too much water!" reminds me of tea plants.
